My husband & I were moving from Florida to Northwest Arkansas & we did a lot of research trying to find a professional, experienced & knowledgeable real estate agent in NW Arkansas. Our research led us to Jim Brandon & it was the best decision we could have possibly made. Jim's vast experience & professional attributes were indispensable in the success of our home buying purchase. I'm writing this update to let you know about Jim's meticulous follow-up after the closing that far exceeded our expectations. There were a few items on the inspection report & closing documents regarding repairs to be done after the closing. Jim asked that we keep him up-to-date on the items to be resolved & updates regarding conversations that we were having with the General Contractor. I imagine other realtors would have lost contact after the closing was done, but fortunately for us, Jim was eager to stay involved even months after the closing. Jim is an amazing person & encompasses strong characteristic traits including dedication, communication, integrity & determination. Jim served in the U.S. Army & embodies the core values of patriotism: honor, commitment & love of country.
